HR Internship at Murray & Roberts

Murray & Roberts, a construction, engineering and mining contractor, invites suitably qualified candidates to apply for the position of HR Intern who requires experiential training to achieve their qualification or to register professionally. Preference will be given to Disadvantaged South African (HDSA), including disabled candidates. This is position is based in Gauteng.


Suitable candidates must possess the following minimum qualifications and skills:

  • National Diploma/HR Degree, obtained at a recognised tertiary institution or studying towards an HR qualification
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Confident and well-organized
  • Proactive
  • Computer proficiency in the full suite of MS Office

The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not be limited to:

  • Compile job descriptions and role profiles
  • Provide recruitment support including administration of the e-recruitment system (Pnet), verification of qualifications and reference checks.
